Will my discussion be deleted?

Hi All, I am posting two situations. Tell me whether my discussion in each case will be deleted or not? 1. I start a new discussion stating that I have been paid from a particular site without my referral link. Will it be deleted? 2. I start the same discussion but also include a proof of payment (image). I do not use my referral link. Will it be deleted? I just hope this discussion itself doesn't get deleted.

Both topics would be considered as 'celebrating milestones' (the last of the 'don't's in the Guidelines). It might also be considered as promoting because as well as sharing youwould also hope that someone might ask you for the link so that they could join too right? You can inform your friends through a PM that a certain site has paid you or, when you see someone else posting about the same site, you can respond there informing that you have been paid.

Thanks for the response. Posting in someone else discussion will be a good thing.

It is clear that, by asking such a question, you haven't yet understood how MyLot works. MyLot is a DISCUSSION site and neither of the topics you suggest are suitable topics for DISCUSSION. Before posting a topic, you should ask yourself TWO things: 1) Does this topic encourage people to post QUALITY responses? If you say simply "I have been paid. Here is the proof." What can anyone say about that except something like, "Oh, good!" or "Well done!". If you say the same thing but add a referral link you are NOT inviting people to contribute any more to the discussion. 2) Am I likely to have anything useful to say in reply to the answers I expect to receive? If the answer is 'no' or 'I don't know', then you would be better off posting your question in a 'question & answer' forum like Yahoo! Answers. A 'discussion' is NOT a discussion at all unless you are going to have something useful to add to it based on the responses you get. This is the basic reason behind ALL the 'rules' here that say that we should not post certain types of topic. What you were REALLY asking when you posted this was 'WHY are certain things forbidden and others not?' I have given you the TRUE answer and the reasoning behind ALL the rules here. It is for you to understand and appreciate what a discussion really means.

Hi friend, As I posted under Msdianait´s post: "it took us all a long time to understand the rules and follow the guidelines". Laws and guidelines have also the spirit of the law. So many times seemingly innocent posts are rally against them. If you are caught, your post will be deleted. I do think that you know what I am talking about. We all ask ourselves many times in life whether we want to and whether it is worth it to walk by the border of the cliff. That goes for all things we do in life, in fact. I´m a cliff walker in many respects. That´s why I use my online earnings for vacations instead of saving them for health issues. Take care.
