I've just had the best interview. I felt the boss and the hiring manager both liked me. I was complimented on my ability to talk to them and appear relaxed and eager (even though I was so nervous) They both seemed eager once they scoped out the level of my maths and comunication skills. I am one of four possibles.
Now for the part I need luck with - I am 21, which is very young and most employers seem to think at this age I'd be too flighy and likely to move on quickly (not true, but understandable) and I have so very little experience it makes me cry. Also I slipped up and stated a casual rate of pay instead of a fulltime one when they asked me my expected pay rate (gasp, what if they choose someone else beacuse they want less money!)
Send me some good luck mylot world and help me overcome my failings to get this job!
(I'll update once I know, cross fingers)

It seems that you have done pretty well. May you have all the luck and get this job. Yes, some companies do look at youngsters as those likely to move, but there are others who look at youngsters as ones who can serve for a long long time if properly inducted.
So don't worry on that front.
Cheers!

Thanks ram_cv
It seems like I have the interview skills down. Every time I ace it but when they go through the applicants again I must lose out on paper. Its been 26 hours and still no call, 3 more and I severly doubt I got this one....
oh well...

Good luck! Many times employers hire people based on the vibes they get so don't worry about the little things. Congrats on having a good interview.
