How do you express your feelings of love to your partner?

Convey a sense of love to someone sometimes becomes the most difficult. Taste like to have, want to look perfect, and the fear of losing sometimes mixed into one. Sometimes all it makes us do silly and ridiculous action.
How do you do it? How do you express feelings of love to your partner? What is a distinguished experience unforgettable feelings when you express your love?

It is a great problem to me that I could not able to share my feelings with my partner. When I fall in love for the first time that time i could not able to express my love to my partner and after her marriage one day she comes to me and told me that " do you have any feelings about me" and then I able to express my love to her but all the chapter was ended because she got married in the mean time. So it is great sorrow for me for the whole of life.

Expressing past actions more easily accepted than express through words.
give attention, affection sincere, genuine concern for reply, will make him feel closer.

Speech is necessary, of course, coupled with actions that support.
In essence, words must be backed by action, but not the means to act alone can replace words.
