what is difference between luck and fate

Hello everyone here Ji,
I hjave been trying to understand and clearly define LUCK AND FATE.I find very little difference. It also changes as per circumstances and condition of individuals. If some one is saved from disastor, it may be attributed as one's luck, but at the same time, if same person meets death, one may term as a fate. I am very much confused. Also FATE is by Almighty, LUCK can be changed by deeds of a person. Please do share your views on this. Thanks.

Luck is more of an accident, something that we are not expecting to happen. Fate on the other hand is destiny - something that we can't change and must face in the future.

I think that luck is something that happens to us by chance. sometimes we make our own luck whether it is good or bad. fate is something that has just been waiting for us to get there.@maygodblessu44 (7336)
