Questions to Malaysian

To all Malaysian fellows, I have some questions regarding the general information about Malaysia man power resources.
1. Which is the best media to put the job vacancy advertisement? Online or newspaper?
(Well, as for me personally, I will do both, however I will be more intense to find on the online website. It's easier and more fast)
2. What's the common or identic media name (either online and newspaper) to put the ad?
(Like in Indonesia, for online website it's usually identic to Jobsdb.com or Jobstreet.com, while for the Newspaper, it's identic to Kompas)
3. How much is the salary in the Marketing field for coordinator and supervisor level?

Well, I believe in both online and offline news media when it comes to job vacancies. However, nothing beats networking around. You will get to learn more and probably narrow your job searches down to the more appropriate individuals.
It is the same when I do business. I prefer networking online and offline.
