Hi, first of all i would recommend you to connect a mouse to your pc since it is just a lot easyer to operate your pc and browser with. But now to the point. I think what you are looking for is a decent list of browser shortkeys. I recommand you this list, it has the most common use shortkeys in it.

Well, as the people above has posted many links, maybe I can tell you some which is pretty important.
1.alt+F4: you may already know this as it is very common, it is to close the web browser(though it can be used to close other programs too)
2A.ctrl+tab:to move through tabs to the right
2B.ctrl+shift+tab: to move through tabs to the left(in other words, its just a reverse from above)
3A.ctrl+T: to open a new tab
3B.ctrl+W: to close the current tab you are using
4.tab: to move through links(this can be surprisingly useful like example when filling out a form, you need just to press tab to move to the next blank, no need to hover your mouse anymore)
5.ctrl+F: to search for a text or sentence
6.F5: to refresh the page
That is all which I find the most useful.
