meet the new "Superman"

after they introduced a new spiderman... heres another superhero that will enter the scene. after reeves hand pick Brandon Routh, heres another actor that is playing one of the most popular hero in the movies and comick books. Henry Cavill is the hand pick superman and a lot of comments that i read and most of them are fans of Tom Welling. since Henry is british then thats another comment. superman is an american hero and most fans are against by getting a british actor. Tom Welling is the superman on tv screens then why not get him, fans said. i have nothing against it. but for me why not get the actor hat the Reeves hand pick. he has similarities with the late Christopher Reeves, but of course nothing and no one will beat Chirstopher Reeves.

I did not read the news about having a new superman. When I read your post I have to look who Henry is. I think he looks okay and Tom Welling is gorgeous. We have seen Welling in action as Clark Kent. Why not give Henry a try and play the part. It's nice to have someone new who could play the role. ^_^

well i guess no matter how people from US are against of a brit actor to play superman this will push through. for me this is only a role portraying but sometimes if the actor did not fill the shoes then the comparing starts. after all Christopher Reeves is one big shoe to fill. thanks a lot for the response.
