A Lot of PTC Sites Coming Out

So many paid-to-click sites, at the moment, are coming out. It is also a fact that there were and there are many ptc sites classified as scam sites.
With these new ptc sites coming out, are they worth your time and effort? Is it advisable to sign up/register to these sites?

It's not advisable to invest money but investing your time could be worthwhile if no one looked at neobux we'd have never known it was a legit site and all sites should be given a chance we all just have to hope that the owner knows what he's doing.

I test new BUX sites sometimes but I do my own research. First, I verify if it's already been tagged as scam or if there are major complaints about the site. Also, I make sure that it's not a Buxhost site or is using a zeus script.
After narrowing it down, next thing I check is the compensation plan. Is the minimum cashout attainable and is renting referrals easy and profitable even if you're a standard member? I should be able to rent referrals using my main balance and a $1 below main balance should be allowed to be transferred to rental balance.
If yes, then I sign up to test the site. Who knows, maybe the site could be as great as Neobux. BUT I don't invest any money. I will only use the main balance for renting referrals.
