Lose wight

Three years age I became more fatty and my weight became 80 Kg. Then I went to our family physician and he advised me to leave the fatty food like Ice Cream, Chocolate, etc. Then I thought that I will lose my weight at first then I will start to eat all my favorite food. Then I start Walking at night from 10 P.M. to 11.30 P.M.. I saw that within one month I able to lose 1 kg weight. Now I am boy of 60 kg and I take all type of foods and I am still walking at night.

That's great. I have a website on diet and dieting and although it speaks more about how you can eat AND diet, working out or walking as forms of exercise are really wonderful additions. Congrats to you, keep it up!

That's really impressive.. I gained weight when I started to work on a night shift.. I always sleep at day time and don't have time to exercise. I rent a room and also don't have time to cook. I eat fast foods always. I live a sedentary life and I'm really worried about my health. I'm now 64 kg and I think I will be heavier soon.

that's very good buli. i myself gained a lot of weight before. sadly, i haven't lost the excess weight i gained. im trying hard really. with all the diet and exercise. but i dont know what's wrong and what happened. i just cant lose them. oh well... good luck to me and congratulations to you!
