How do you think of "stupid girl (pink)"?

I've watched the video of this song. I think it's interesting but I'm afraid I can't understand exactly what she wants to tell us. Especially when the girl vomits in the toilet, I wonder what she's complaining about. As I can't listen clearly, would you please help me to find out the implication?

Hi heroine lover: I think Pink it's criticizing the way some "stupid" girls want to be thin not making exercise or with a good diet but using these methods, for example eating and them vomiting all they have eat. I think she is also against this kind of society where girls want to be princess and top models and not doing something smart.
