I am really upset about one thing!!!! How to handle her??

My section chief is very smart and capable. Unfortunately, she always set a high hold bar for me. She asks me to finish assignment as quickly as possible. meantime also require assignment accuracy. You know, I am not a computer with multi-task operation system. I admit that sometime I forgot somethings, or negligence happened. Then the blame with high volume voice is very likely to follow these faults. In most cases, I swallow my anger and keep quiet. However, I can hear the voice of my heart that you should get even with her! Have you experienced a similar situation? Any advice?
