what lighting setup did this photographer use?

I wanna recreate this image http://www.bmbf.de/_img/common/hightech_e.jpg in 3D (blender) but I have problems figuring out what lighting setup the artist used. Right now I think he used 4 point lights and 2 softboxes, most of them with a minimized blue level, but I'm not sure, because if you look at the eyes, you'll notice that they look completely different from each other.
