Hello dear mylotters,
I might be asking this on the wrong adress, but I hope you guys could help me out with this problem as well. I've never had any single problem with my MP4, always worked good, fast connection, fast putting movies and music on... But suddenly my pc won't find it anymore AT ALL =( I've looked at portable devices and my pc doesn't even notice it's there. However when I put the cable in my PC, the MP4 starts to start up, but that's it. I've already looked if it were to be a problem with cable, but that's not it. I didn't need to install any software for it so I can't reset that either... Anyone has an idea how I could fix this problem the easiest way? Thanks a lot.

Did you already look on the company's homepage for software supporting your mp4, many times they upload the software on their website for download. You can also try connecting you mp4 to another pc to see if that goes well. If that goes well it's your pc's. If it isn't working on the other pc than your usb connector or your mp4 broke. Good luck trying this!

I just looked at the homepage a second ago, and I was able to find software where-in I could transfer music to my MP4. But the problem is, my MP4 should have it's own map to where i can move all the music too. Another thing I tried, was to download software for faster detection of the MP4, but it said it didn't find any products... Weird stuff going on... I tried on my brother his laptop, and it didn't work there either.
The weird part is that I can just still isten to the music that is on the MP4, but I can't recharge since it has to be refilled with energy delivered by the PC.

Wow that's really weird..
To me it sounds like your usb cable/connector on your mp4 broke down, becouse of the connection failure on two different pc's. Do you still have warranty on your mp4, and did you try another cable than the one you are using?
