Who does Hell belong too?

I really want to know because as the story goes, when the devil tried to overthrow God he was sent to hell to burn for all eternity. This should mean that the devil does not own it. Than who created Hell in the first place.

Hey Cecil. I was told that God is under control always and I truly believe that. To me God is in control of everything. I sure God owns Hell and Heaven. Hell was a place that wasnt created untill the Devil try to overthrow God. So God must of created a place call Hell so he can be forever. I think the Devil is in Charge down there but God Did Create it. HE create so the devil can suffer. The Devil himself doesnt like it in Hell either no one does. GOD allows things so we as people can become stronger spiritly and Wise.

So is it possible that the devil is using human souls to breakout of hell, because it is said when the second coming happens hell will come to earth or is it here already.

Hell belongs to whoever believes in it...It is not a physical place. It cannot be if one considers it to be eternal as the christians do. The earth is not eternal. One day it will die as do all planets and suns. When that happens, what would happen to a physical hell? Heaven is the presence of the Almighty Creator and Hell is the Absence of the Almighty Creator. Neither is a Physical Place.
