We all indians almost have known shocking news about paypal rule to be implemented from march 1,all indians have only one payment processor that supports bank withdraws and low payout but this will not possible after a month and online earning will also almost stopped. so we all indians should request hardly to drawback this rule? (If you know our most of officers are making hunger or thirst strike to fulfill their salary increment related (or any)matters and finally government has take decision in favor of officers,i think we should do this type of any to not get implemented this rule for paypal)

Hi I fully agree with you. With new freaking rule, they have put many Indians who were earning online, in deep trouble. Now we are left with few options to send and receive money online. Paypal was one of the best and safe ways to transfer money online. I think all Indians shud get together and protest.

Well, it seems that our government and RBi could not digest our earning a few extra bucks through internet (unlike their milking and robbing countrymen of millions of rupees through scams) and devised ways to rob us of this also. True, some people could be misusing the online earning for disruptive and illegal activities. Yet, for that they could have placed some limit like Rs.1 lakh or more. Why should a person earning Rs.500/- or 1000/- extra through internet face the same problem?

According to RBI policy any entity that transfers on demand payment to/from India and holds the money for more than 7 days will to be regulated as a bank and will need to pay interest to users. As the users above said theses rules are from a long time. We have to find some idea to be least affected.
