Why is PayPal so unkind to the Indian users
why are they denying our facilities
last year they came with the policy of attesting pan card
now they are saying we cannot use the money for online purposes.
and then saying we should withdraw it within 7 days.
why are they so cruel to us,,

It isn't PayPal imposing the restrictions, kirtricks, it's the RBI.

PayPal's hands are tied. They have to comply with the Reserve Bank of India.
This change is to ensure that we continue to comply with the RBI Guidelines.

i don't know but it is true that i am not from India!!So in reality i think that many sites can add or deny different issues or services depending from countries and so if your country is among them you cna find some problems using the service in general!!
In reality i read many people even here on mylot coming from india having problems with paypal...may be they have a not so good structure in India or people managing this market and so some users can find problems...

Hey including me i have problems with paypal..
i had nearly 8 dollars in my paypal ..
hearing this ,
i thought that if i keep it with me..
it will be lost because you will have to withdraw it right
but minimum withdrawal is $10
so i bought a electric tooth brush and few othe things..
