Is Xoom And MoneyBookers a great alternative...

Yes,I do believe moneybookers is best alternative for Paypal because moneybookers doesn't charge any fees for the received payment and they have very low fees for money transfer like for International Bank transfer they charge 1.80 Euro something and for cheque they charge $3.80 Euro.

moneybookers is not for india and they dont have as an option in many sites

i don't know xoom...but money bookers yes!!In reality it was my first payment processor i tried on the net and so i cna say it is good may be less accepted than paypal or alertpay but functionalities are ok and so if you are able to find many sites that uses this method i cna be a good alernative!!

Can't say anything about this but i want to know about that?
