help me with ip problem on onbux.com

recently im trying register onbux.com but got problem with my ip it says "IP that you use already exceeds the limit" try change my ip with proxy but still cant register. now i only join neobux but want join another ptc, and got problem with onbux so anyone can help me with this? or can you guys told me with pct can i easy jon like neobux

Try calling your internet service provider then ask them if you are using a shared type of IP, if yes ask them if they can can give you a static or dynamic IP, most mobile broadband if not all uses only shared type of IP so you can also try to reset your IP address so it will change to a new one, you can go to command prompt located at the start menu then do the following to reset your IP and get a new one.
Command Prompt (Run as administrator)
type: ipconfig/flushdns
then press enter wait for response
if error or failure occurs as you will see
type: netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
then press enter again
if it is successful trying restarting your pc to make the changes in effect.
