How can I stop my snoring? / myLot

I have a big concern about my snoring. My family kept complaining about it but I just ignored them at first since I'm a girl and I though girls don't snore. Out of my curiosity, I record my snoring and I was ashamed. Now my problem is, my boyfriend is inviting me to go to his parent's place and I am afraid I will be embarrassed if they find out. Please to those who can share something on this please help !

I've seen those breathe right strips in commercials that are supposed to help. My hubby says I snore but I have no clue if he's making stuff up or not cause he does snore a bit himself. I think its normal til it keeps you from sleeping then it's probably apnea. And there's no shame in it as you can not control what you do when you are asleep. If you have a good relationship w/ your bf you should be able to mention you are worried about this and get some feed back from him.

First of all,do not get too tired.The second during sleep,please correct sleeping position.Third,before going to bed drink a cup of slightly hot water.Want to be able to help you!

you can stop snoring by lying right side it will keep your tongue not to go backwards thus prevents friction
