What's your best side?

Whenever people have their picture taken, they usually angle their face towards a certain direction saying that it's their best side. Even people in the entertainment industry or those vane politicians prefer a certain side when they're being photographed or being interviewed. I'm not sure if I favor one side of my face but I think there's some truth in this. Is there? Do you favor a side of your face when you're gonna have your picture taken?

I would say I don't have a best side. Maybe thay why I'm not a movie star. I'm sure it doesn't have anything to do with lack of talent. (HA, HA) People tell me my dimple is dipper on the left side. If I had to choose it would be the right, I hate dimples.

Well, I'm just a tad bit shy. Dimples attract attention I can live without. I do receive a lot of comments on them.

My best side is when I'm facing backwards. Facing forward doesn't really work for me, I don't know why.

I would definitely say that my best angle is my front. I have seen photos of me facing either right or left and it does not usually look good. And the best photos I have seen of me are usually the ones when I am facing the camera, and my head is tilted a little lower than usual. This gives me more angles, and less fats around the cheeks. LOL.

My best side is...well actually I do not really have a best side. Not really a photogenic person to be honest with you. That is really understating it a little bit when you think about it. I really tend to go back and forth on what side might look a little better, but that is not the best comparison to say very least. So it really depends.
Still I think that I look slightly better from the right side of my face. When I really think about it, it is going to look a bit better on the right side, then when I sit on the left side. At least that is going to happen more times often then not. Really it does depend but as I think about it, I am going to look a little better on my right, then left. Sometimes it matters, other times it does not, it just depends on my mood when the situation might occur.

I'm a self confessed vain person...but I really don't know what's my best side, the pictures I really stand out in are pictures my fiancée took even before we were in a relationship maybe I should ask him...

I would say my best angle is from the front but I'm not very sure. I don't think that I try to face any particular direction when a picture of me is being taken. I guess I wouldn't know if I face any direction though because it seems like it would be a subconscious thing.

I've proven it, my best angle is my left side. I always pose with my left angle most prominent. The trick seldom fails and the results are always not bad. Sometimes I also have good shot from the front specially when I'm heavily made-up

I can't stand seeing my face from either side I think I look so ugly. I would rather see my face from the front, not that it is much better but a little better than the side. I do not notice a difference in sides, I think both are as bad as each other.

For a fabulous photo to come, must consider several factors:location, lighting, facial expressions (think of something nice, remember a time when you were happy - because your eyes will light up And will relax facial expression),clothing, eye contact, etc.. I,personally, I look directly into the camera (the idea is that this way I would look straight into the eyes of all who will then look at my picture.)

Yes i prefer watching left when i am being photographed usually. Or i ask others to take my pic from a side view. I dont really know the reason why i do that may be i look good in those pics or by front faced pics arent that good. It all depends on the taste of the person.
