What's your definition of the best sashimi you have ever tasted?

I've tried a lot of sashimis...from the ones that were bought from the supermarket, to the very authentic ones in Japan...well, the best sashimi for me would be the authentic ones, of course! I love it! I love how it melts in my mouth..I love how red it is...and I just just just love how it tastes! yummm.. thinking of it makes me want to grab some today!

Sashimi has to do with the fish being raw and with the spices that go with it, mainly soya sauce and wasibi. The raw fish I like best for sashimi is frest tuma from Eastern Island. Second best is salmon. Then there are other white fish I love.
