Condo or Townhouse

I'd choose townhouse over condominium. In a condominium you don't have your own property while in a house, you'll have your own. It's costly buying yourself your own lot but at least you have your own land and your privacy.

As of now, I prefer a condo since I am living alone. I would like it very convenient for me to travel around the city for work, fun or anything. I chose it also because in my own little way, I can conserve some space by not buying a townhouse. And hoping with that little gesture, the space that may be used for building townhouses will be converted into a park or a forest reserve.

I want to have both!:) But, I'm kinda living in the city right now and if I want a change of atmosphere, I would prefer the town house. However, if I want something convenient I prefer having the condo.:P haha. It really depends on the purpose.:)
