Genesis 9:4 (King James Version) But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

There are many prof that blood should not be eaten but what about Leviticus 10:18? Read it.

Today I was reading Leviticus 7:26 (New International Version, ©2010)
26 And wherever you live, you must not eat the blood of any bird or animal.
Leviticus 7:26 (King James Version)
26Moreover ye shall eat no manner of blood, whether it be of fowl or of beast, in any of your dwellings.

Hi nagatron123456! I'm happy to see that you are reading the Bible as God commanded us to do and to do so every day. (Joshua 1:8, Psalm 1:2, Matthew 4:4)
Please read carefully the passage and what the "it" is? Is the "it" the blood?
Leviticus 10:17-18 (King James Version)
17Wherefore have ye not eaten the sin offering in the holy place, seeing it is most holy, and God hath given it you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the LORD?
18Behold, the blood of it was not brought in within the holy place: ye should indeed have eaten it in the holy place, as I commanded.

There are many posts in the Bible refering about blood, with has not to be drunken. One of those texts you'll find it in the third book of Moses 19:26. The message is very clear saying that the live is in the blood of anything alive so you should not eat it. You also may check up the fifth book of Moses 12:23. The spirit of each is in the blood and you should not eat any meat when the blood is still inside.

Yeah, it written there, but why is it Catholics in our place said that it is okay to eat blood. What religion you belong?

Maybe the problem is that many people belonging to Catholicism study religion at school, believe in a God, but never practice their religion 100%ly. How many catholic people do you know who read Bible daily and go to church once a week? I grew up in catholicism, during my childhood I also got in touch with an evangelical congregation and later on I studied Bible with Jehovas Whitnesses during several years, time wich I really enjoyed. Nowadays, I try to read the Bible every day and sometimes I search information on Internet.

It is sad to say that you can't eat black pudding anymore because if I am not mistaken, black pudding is made of horse blood.

Well it is 100% against the Bible read the chapter and verses given by 1hopefulman. So how about you? How will you support your answer? Are there any verses or chapters in the Bible you can give that will support that it is okay to eat blood?
