Affiliate programmes online

Hey all I am interested in good and genuine affiliate programmes but I am finding it hard to find any. Does anyone know any good sites? And do they know sites which I should stay away from? I have signed upto one affiliate programme the link is below: http://www.etoro.com/TJoinT2_A27539.aspx I am not trying to get people to sign up to it but if you have experiences with this site can you let me know?
