The Crazy Antics Of Miss Helena Gatsby

The day before yesterday, my beloved 3 month old pug-chihuahua puppy, Helena Gatsby decided it would be fun for her to play in the massive fire-pit conveniently located in our back yard. She jumped into the old ash pile, and rolled around, essentially having the time of her life. Luckily, there hadn't been a fire in there for over a month, but the aftermath was simply hilarious. My black puppy was completely gray. Yesterday, after a long day at work, I decided to take a nice hot shower to wash the day away. Helena refused to be left out of the bathroom, so reluctantly, I allowed her to stay in the bathroom with me. As soon as I stepped into the shower, my three pound puppy was basically having a heart attack. She was jumping against the shower curtain, barking, growling, and running in circles. It was then it occurred to me that she thought her mom was being attacked by the water. I tried to talk to her to soothe her, it didn't work. When I got out of the shower, Helena was so happy. She ran in circles, jumped on my leg and demanded attention. She's a momma's girl. Do you have any crazy puppy adventures that you've witnessed?

She loves the dust momma, its easy to clean off. Now wait when it rains and then there is lots of mud everywhere. You are in for a real treat then. HA!

Wow, Miss Helena sounds like a bundle of fun..I have two beagle/border collie puppies that do the craziest things. One thing they have not done in a while, but I want a picture of and one puppy is slightly taller, and when they get excited, in an enclosed place, one will put their body over the other to make an "X"..I call it my "X box" puppies, but like I said, they haven't done this in a while so I can't share this crazy moment..lol
