What is the purpose of any religion in this world...?

Religion exist here to guide us to a peaceful and right path. To teach us to live under harmony, and don't hurt any people in any attempted purpose, and that is wrong. The Bible suppose to help us to understand this important piece of information, and use story to enlighten us further. So, that is what I think the existence of religion here.

Religion is some kind of "belief system" organized by believers. It is not created by man, intentionally. It is a by-product of aggregation of humans with common belief. There's no founder or whatsoever. It sprung naturally. Even Jesus Christ, we can't call Him founder, because people just naturally believed in Him, and when those believers aggregated, Christianity was born.

Hi chayapathys, It is true that no God taught us any of the religion,to any of the different religion that is omnipotent all over the world at the present day, at the same time it is also true that what ever the scientific truth is available is just b'coz of the religion's hand that we have been holding throughout the centuries till now,and its our conscious or the urge to develop for the betterment of our future is all the STEPS towards that ultimate Satisfaction ie God.It begins with it and again ends with it,form which no one can escape,those who is trying to do so is just merely prolonging his/her path to reach/learn to that Ultimate satisfaction ie God. Somewhere it is been heard that what the Today's scientific community is claiming New-Knowledge is already been discovered in our ancient age old documents,(like Gita etc)Example of one such thing is the Skin have 13 layers was already been written on those Ancient books like Gita. Happy mylotting,Hinduism is the Mother of all religion.

For me for money to gain because if it is not teaching about he truth then they make convince people many and many money they won in there business.

“We created God and religions in this world” – what is wrong in this? You are sure that we created religions. Why not God? We only created God. Can you deny that? God is our concept. Just like religion, food, dress, house, books and any other product or creation, God also is a product of man or it is a man made concept. Some group of people only said about God. How someone talk about a religion, the same way he talking about God. As we are not sure of the fact, just blindly agrees to it and there this religion to second it. I am not telling there is no God. I believe that there is a ‘power’, an eternal power. From a single cell bacteria to the combination of millions and millions of bacteria is also a part of the universe only. If we separate a human being into million parts, we can divide into a single bacteria as the last split up and vice versa. Man are scared of their evil deeds. In order to save from such thoughts, they want to satisfy a solution for it. If there is a imaginary figure(s), they always can do any fault or cruelty to anything or anyone and after doing a prayer or sorry to this unknown element, they can easily come out of and do the same again. All the concepts related to God is totally phased through evolution and it come in formation after a lot of research and thoughts only. Especially for the common man and the group in a society, it is a must and such an unknown figure has its own importance. This topic has no end and we cannot complete within such a discussion as it has limitations. There are few facts. A large group of people are dependent on it and it is their livelihood. Hence, it is difficult to put a question mark on such things and it could be even a social violence. All depend on individual and their thoughts. So, let people individually think and come to a conclusion. If the religions and people belong to religion are going to do what they are doing now, either they will rule the world and fight each other in the name of different religions and die, or they will destroy all regions and finally will understand the real fact the to live on this earth, there is no religion required, if realize what is what. All are doing all the plays behind the curtains of religion and they can do anything, and remember they all are also like human beings and they will do all what others do also!!!

Sure, nowadays there is law and order but not moral law and order. Religion is suppose to appeal to our moral values, and guides to the path God, the path that God wants us to follow. If there was no religion then people would barbaric and evil and have no fear stopping them committing heinous crimes. That fear is God, we all fear God in some shape or form and that fear in God is what stops us from doing things in anger or depression. Religion is necessary, it doesn't matter what science says.

I wish there was only one religion in this world called "humanity", which is sum total of all the good preachings of all the religious. Long long ago, some good people must have started idea of religion, with the aim of teaching people how to become good human being.....and that is why religion is just like a school, where humans learn how to behave in society........but these innocent people did not know that in future, religion will be cut into pieces and become the source of hatred and bloodshed. For me best religion is love.......Love everyone as human and not as per his religion. Btw.....I respect all the religions equally and we all should do that.

Hey Chayapathys, You are right about Humans creating Religion. God doesn't like Religion because it causes abuse, wars, fighting, and so much more. I just think some religions were made by man if not by a Demon. Some people create Religion because they want leadership power. Which in the end once you Die you no longer have power. In the end everyone is going to believe what they want to because thats what they believe or made to believe or teach as a child and into an adult. I know its hard to break someone from they believe and there practices. In the end there is only one right person. To me a Religion is going to be started by someone. Now I am a Christian or thats what I am consider to be by Man. In the end Im a Child and servant of God in my point of view. I believe in Jesus because He shows me things sometimes to even tell people something. I feel his spirit and I know he is there. He has mark me as his Child and thats where I Stand. I believe what I believe because of my Experience with GOD. The things he has done and said and even shown to my Family members and to others. Even the things he has took them out of situations that just seem impossible. I believe what I believe because I know he is Real. To me I wont try any other religion because what I know is real and true and so There is no point reading any other book there is. I hear others opinion and what they have to say but I know my GOD is Real. He is as Real as me and You.
