BID problem

hi, i have a little problem, everytime i want to bid, i always get "youve been out bid" (kinda like that) this is strange for me, because when i want to bid, the ptz is (example) 1200 then when i bid it, this words "youve been out bid" pop up and the ptz is just raise 1205, that supposed to be me, always like that. i dont know how to explain it, is there anyone like me? (sorry for my terrible grammer, verbs, etc.)
