Hi dear,
I don’t prefer to go to dentist. I never gone to them, no, yes – once, when I was a school boy, my mom want me to put clips to my teeth. I went to a local dentist and the same day he took the measurements and called me after few days. Whenever I go to him, we would say, come so &so day, I made 4-5 visits, but he never continue any further job. I stopped going and didn’t put the clips.
Otherwise, I never gone to anybody as I don’t like it. As you said, all my teeth are intact and there is no issue so far. Also, most of the weekends, I do my own way of cleaning and I am really comfortable by doing myself. All my teethes are clean and neat, it is not a difficult job for me. I give upmost importance to be cleanliness especially, teeth.
Thank-s

i have healthy teeth too, but it is advisable for the dentist to clean the teeth at least once a year...in that way the plaques will be removed...how old are you? i am almost 29, and i have healthy teeth too, i only go to the dentist when i have toothaches or feel like needing to have it cleaned...

Hi Jade,
Thanks for your comments. In fact and the truth is that I don't like to go to a dentist. I don't know why, I never visited for any purposes to a dentist. So far my teeth are in good condition and I prefer to well maintain all my teeth and that may be the reason why I never though of a dentist. Even my father's teeth were so beautiful and well in tact and he had the habit of maintain healthy teeth and I followed his way of doing.
However, people who have dental issues should consult, as it create problems quite often. I am 30+ and I used to self check all my teeth if all are fine and not yet affected any problems.
Thank-s

you better have some more vegetables that have calcium content. i suggest you eat apples twice a day, they can strengthen teeth , i have read about that because i am an article writer on health topics...

Although our insurance covers for the any dental expenses, I can't seem to find the time to get to the dentists. The last time I had to go was about a year ago, when I suddenly had a toothache and I had to schedule an emergency appointment to get it fixed.
I would like to go to regularly. If only I could remember to set the appointment.
