A major change is coming up in my life, I'm moving to a new apartment. And since I always thought that if you're changing one thing, you might as well change everything you need, I also want to change my eating habits to be more healthy, lose some extra weight and start exrecise.
So I wanted to ask you guys if you had any tips on how to change one's eating habits. Any routines you recommend? Any meals for one person?

I cook for one person too. I try to use a real small crock pot to make my soups. It will usually make two or even three servings. Then I can eat it for lunch like two or three days in a row. I also cook a little more of foods that I can store. That way I don't cook just a tiny bit a hundred times a day! lol! I also try to not purchase things that are not good for me. ALl my snacks are healthy options. It seems to help to not have a bunch of junk here in the apartment.

Try eating less amount of food in a meal but have five to six meals a day. It worked for me when I wanted to shed some pounds. And since you're moving to a new apartment, why not buy a new blender and make fresh fruit juices instead of buying the canned ones or the powdered ones. Well, I guess you have an idea about healthy food and healthy eating habits and exercise so the one piece of advice I could give is for you to actually do those things and stick to it :)
