My steak recipe...

Marinade in Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/4 cup of water,and 1 table spoon of melted butter. Add Sazon, a sprinkle of seasoned salt, a sprinkle of garlic powder, a sprinkle of ground cloves, 4 table spoons of chopped onions, and a table spoon of chimichurri. Cook in a skillet, or on the grill. Everyone loves it when I cook it at home, or for neighborhood get togethers. How do you prepare your steaks?

That sounds really good, but what is Sazon? I'm not a great steak eater, but on the rare occasion when I cook it, I put it under the broiler with butter, salt and pepper. My ex always did it that way and I'm not sure I ever cooked a steak until I married him!

Thank you for the response. Sazon is a spice packet that is made by Goya Foods, Inc. I buy it here in South Florida at the Wal Mart Supercenter, but the company is based out of New Jersey. If you get the chance to try it on your next steak, I think you will buy it over, and over again. It tastes great! Happy cooking.....
