Do we still have to be punished, if we do not know it was wrong and sinful if we do?
There are thoughts that we can not be punished for the things we do not know. What remains of the things we do that harm and hurt other people would remain the law of karma and we have to pay later Hereafter know or not know?

well...yeah.. we remain ignoratnt to the fact we do things that may harm someone or we commiting sin...but a later stage...when we become mature and sure know a lot about whats benign and right.. we should confess and repent for our sins.. else yeah the karma things always hunting us down at the end... prepare for the end days..

Dont be so innocent on the things happend into your life, all of us have a heart and mind to decide, I hope you dont disappoint to what I've said but it is imposible for us not to know what is right or wrong, its common sense. Now, about the sinful thing, I think it needs something kind of beliefs, I have to ask you something, do you believed in God? If so, then Holy Spirit lives in you and that Spirit tell's you all the right things to do, if you diclined that means the evil one rules over you, what do I have to pinpoint here? You have to communicate with the Lord Jesus always and He direct your path. The distance of our problem from the solution is between your knees and the floor, try to make conversation with the living God, holy Bible are everywhere, read it, meditate it day and night and you will not be punish. God bless you.

All the same, if done wrong either know or do not know still have the liability accounted for.

It's called an omission, it's just not as big as when we sin willfully commit sin, it remains convicted of after all we've made a mistake.
