how can i earn money thru internet?

I want to earn extra income thru internet. I already sign up some websites which paying members by clicking ads.But i only have small earnings to this clicking ads sites and I'm not sure if I've sign up to a reliable site or maybe a scam site. Can you help me select sites which are sure and will be earning more compared to clicking ads? I have also a problem in acquiring a pay pal account. What should i do to have a pay pal account since i don't have a credit card?Please help...
