Lots of snow equals no money

Probably the worst situation about not being able to leave the house because of there being so much snow is that you can't leave the house to go to your job. That makes it to where you can't pay your bills. We are making the best of it and not trying to stress over it and enjoying the family as much as possible but that still goes in the back of our mind since we are already behind on some bills because of other things happening. Least I have a house to stay warm in. Lots of people are trying to find shelter in situations like this.Everyone in this state can't leave there house right now.

But then again lots of snow can leads too lots of money!!!!!I made 500 bucks shoveling drive ways i charged 50 dollars per drive big or small, i did 10 drive ways and it was so hard, so if your snowed in you may as well go shovel a LOT of drives for a LOT if money. That i why i shovel every year because i make around 1500-2000 dollars every winter. you should try it like seriously.

It has been my dream to experience snow personally, maybe because I came from a tropical country and I haven't seen snow all my life. But realizing what you are experience right now and basing on what I saw on TV just this morning that snow is pouring over Illinois and other states, I feel for you and the other residents there. My brother and his family is living in Chicago and we are very much worried about their situation there since they have not been keeping in touch with us here. Anyway, I do hope that all of you will be fine out there and let's pray that it will be over soon.

Thank you for commenting and for your nice words. It will be nice if it ends pretty soon. Hopefully your family will be alright too. Snow can be fun and pretty to see when there isn't so much of it. We are lucky here that we don't get a lot of it like we are now very often. It just snows at the most usually 3 times in a winter and most of the time it is all melted in a day or two. Have a good weekend!

I know what you mean. Of course, right now I don't have a job so it doesn't make any difference in my case, but for employed people it does make a difference. I have been in situations in the past where I wasn't able to get to a job and it is frustrating to know that you are losing out on so much money. I hope that you are able to dig out soon. I called my brother last night and found out that his wife was able to get back to work yesterday even though her school (she works where she is a student) was still closed. I'm glad that I have a place to stay, even if it just a motel. I don't think I would want to be truly homeless in a situation like this.

Thank you for commenting. I know it would be cool to save for a rainy days but it is hard to do that when after paying bills you don't have extra money to save. I wish everyone had a warm home to keep warm in too. You stay safe and have a good weekend too.

A snow day can be great if you don't have a particular place to go. When you have a job to go to and can't get there due to snowy conditions, it can be discouraging. So much can be lost to us due to inclement weather. All we can do is push on and make the best of our situations.

Thank you for commenting. Yeah,it can make you way behind on your bills and you hope that you can catch up. That's what we are doing is making a bad situation into the best situation as we can. There's nothing we can do about so mise well try not to stress over it.
