Neobux account suspended

You didn't mentioned the reason for they suspended your account.anyways if you had broken any terms of use of neobux in accident..I will suggest you to wait for a month before creating another id with different screen name and e-mail.however support won't be helpful but give a try with explanation to them.they might reset it.

That's terrible news, I guess there are many people who have reported of their account being suspended. I guess neo bux is getting more and more strict. If you want your account back try and contact the admin of the site or take a support ticket and fill in with your details. Neo bux will contact you back and help you out. I had read one of the discussions in which it was written that the user got the suspended account recovered but the user lost all his balance and the referrals too. I hope you don't suffer from this. Hmmmm when you say 2.8 violation it means that you have mroe than one account in your computer...you have multiple accounts?

Sorry, Cathy, but when that happened to me, I just created a new account and started all over again. They reset everything. I think it's included in their TOS. Luckily, I had just cashed out prior to the suspension so I had only a few cents under my balance. I just hope you don't have that many referrals for all of them would be removed.
