Are you one of me? all of movement have been so conservative, feeling his eyes always looking at your mistake...hmm.. but i am thankful to him, because i am not what i am today without his guidance through out my journey become an employee.. being stress and sick for all the things. but look at your self before you enter that company and meeting your f*#k*** boss. it is different now... how bout you???

Well, in some ways I do not always appreciate my Boss and sometimes think he needs a little more compassion about him for sure. Due to being Diabetic and the place always being so filthy, etc. I have a lot of issues to tend with for sure. It is hard to be expected to always keep up with others knowing I do not feel good and have other issues associated with this as well. It always seems like I am one being picked on and making me consider more and more about moving on to something else soon as well.

I don't hate my boss. I just dislike a few of the way they hand out tasks to all of us and how they manage the company. But I can say, my boss is quite lenient and good but as a Manager, I think he lacks managerial skills and needs to learn how to be more of a boss than a friend and should have strong conviction with decision making and better motivational skills for us employees.
