In our lives, we encounter survey that needs our full attention to every details that's being asked. In addition, sometimes, we're on a hurry, or made an alibi, or filled it up but didn't want to do it. Are you filling up a survey with lies? Do you like it or not?

Hello there Sir FX!
I somehow like surveys but yes, sometimes it takes time to finish and fill up all the answer sheets of it. I definitely do not fill it up with lies,as much as possible,I answer on what I trully believe and have experienced about their surveys. I know in this way,I could contribute a big help on a certain company and they will be able to improve their product.
I am usully attending focus group discussions where we as respondents are being ask questions just like in surveys, the difference is,we are the ones who goes to the company and in return, they give us giftchecks or even cash for our participation and I enjoy it much 'cause I'm able to meet and discuss things with different kinds of people.

I rarely do surveys anymore, but no, when I did them for money - I always told the truth. I work in data entry (in real life) and I realize how much LYING screws up data... I don't like the idea of that. That's probably why I rarely qualify for most surveys, because I DON'T lie. I think it's pretty sad that people would lie just for .50 cents or so, yanno?

In a restaurants, in my own knowledge, only short and vital data are being surveyed. Quite short one. The most important are the contact number/s, address, and full name.

No, I don't tell lies in answering survey questions... I'm a student and I obtain information through giving surveys to other students and other people. Atmost honesty is really needed. Since, I give out surveys then it's only appropriate to answer surveys honestly too. Anyway, if I'm in a hurry the surveyors wouldn't really compel me to answer their surveys. And I would do the same thing.:)

I hate the surveys taken by the machines that is computers. They go on hammering the questions about the product we say we do not know anything about. And after irritating you for about an hour they say you are not the right person we are looking for and you never get the amount promised. As about the surveys taken in person I oblige so many times and they are not the paid ones. As about giving wrong information, when you are not aware of the product there is no way you can give correct answers.

Paid surveys are too tiring to fill it up and costs you a lot of your time. For unpaid surveys, I think it all depends on a person to fill it up or not.

Hi there..
Surveys are very important to us because it is used to improve something, could be a product or service which could mean convenience for us. These are small things we often ignore everyday.
Now to your question if I have lied in a survey, my answer is yes. There were surveys I filled with lies but of course I regretted doing that. We just can't avoid sometimes because as you have said sometimes being in hurry. Of course I did not like that feeling of guilt when every time I lie. What I did is not to fill up if I'm in a hurry.

In my opinion I would really say that I really like answering surveys especially the ones that gives reward afterwards, lol, I do receive surveys twice a year from a university in US that is studying the way of life of the Pinoys, but in return they give some form of token of appreciation for answering it since they know its quite hard to answer whole heatedly and our attention span is quite short when it comes to long questions that needs truthful answers.
I do fill up surveys quite truthfully, and as of the moment answering survey for me is quite fun even the ones who do not give any token of appreciation.

Surveys are really very important. I like some types of surveys, but there are a very boring surveys. Sometimes I don't tell the truth in the surveys.
