You do? I'm sure a lot of women wish you could bear their children instead of them going through labour.
Junior in the making, huh? ;)

I used to smoke 20 ciggs a day, almost for 6 yrs. One day while sitting at a tea cafe, with a cigg in my hand, I realised that its not me who is controlling the smoke but the smoke controls me. That was my last puff.
You got to find out your own reason, something which is very emotional and personal.
Its not easy, you will have to prove ur resolve, but I believe the fact that you have raised this subject, you can do it!!! Good luck

Wish I could help. I promised my girlfriend I'd stop but I too can't seem to get any method of quitting to work. Good Luck to you though!

Try phasing it out slowly. Start by smoking 10% less every week... if you do 10 smokes a day, cut it down to 9 a day.. space out your smokes at equal intervals. With time, you'll be able to reduce the frequency to one a day.. then go for one every alternate day, then one every 3 days. Eventually, you r body will grow accustomed to smoking once a week or once a month. You need to be strong and stick to this routine. You may stick to smoking once a month if you like. The thought of leaving a habit for life makes you miss it more, so give yourself that single smoke every month. If you feel that you no longer need it nad you've beaten the habit, you've won the battle and the world of smokers who are trying to quit will stand at attention and salute you! :)
