What do you think is the best invention so far in time and why? Who invent?

I would say the ISS The "international space station" i would say this because now we are exploring space and people are living out there for months before they come back, but most people that go there have to get back therapy when they get back. They have to get back therapy because on the planet called "Earth" we have much more gravity but in space here is little to no gravity. So when people go out there there spinal cord actually gets longer and not like all compressed like it is on earth. So from the size increasing then decreasing there back's art to hurt a LOT!!! So there are some advantages and disadvantages about going to space. so i hope you learned a little in this but if not well research some more.
