Hi Friends, Tuesday was my last day with the current company and as per company rule I had to go for exit interview with the company HR. During my EXIT interview with HR, she tried to count good things about the company and benefits that I might get in future. She also tried to name lot many projects in pipeline which can be reality soon. She spoke about my work and responsibilities and how great it might be for me if I stay back. She said that if I stay back, will be given 3 months onsite assignment. I said make it one year and I will withdraw my resignation now . She said, that is not possible, I said, not possible for me too to stay back. Thank You.
