i hope those traffic exchange sites help you get traffic. but what you will definitely get is traffic of one instance. what you need is traffic that continuously building on traffic to your site. anyhow, what do you need a page rank for? is it to increase traffic? if so, then just create good contents that are worthy of unique visitors. a higher page rank is only a consequence of having good contents of your site, and not by having joined traffic exchange sites. goodluck.

No it ends up doing the exact opposite. My website went down a pagerank and it killed the pagerank on my blog so don't waste your time with traffic exchanges unless you want to use them for referrals. Sure people are going to your blog but you aren't really gaining any traffic since I would imagine most of them aren't even paying attention to the websites and blogs that go by since they just tend to bleed into one another after a while.
