I have tarot cards and a very old book discussing on how to use the cards, but I stopped it for years now I do it sometimes but I have a hard time reading my own questions especially when doing it with the Keltic method.
I had it when I was 10 years old it was from my father, he made the cards through his own hand drawings and writings, but my dad left us also when I was 10 years old and it was the only thing that he left with me, I actually found it in our mini library and began reading it.. I studied it until then, but still confused... but I predicted some events and it did happen when I was in high school.
How about you? any advices?
My aunt told me that doing tarot reading is bad, but I've read on the book that it is not, it is just a guide or a warning in our way.... What can you say about it?

Years ago I did a little course on how to read tarot cards but it was so hard, and one has to have a very good memory, which I don't have but one day I found a book that had a simpler version so I actually wrote what each cards meaning on the inside, but these were just ordinary playing cards...it was a bit spookie when a male neighbour came to my place and I tried it on him, as he had been asking me out he never told me he was engaged to be married, I dealt out the three cards face down, I turned the first card that meant male, I turned the second card and it was one that meant female and the third one said commitment or engagemnent, when I said the he gort very angry and threw the cards... about a month later I found out he was actually engaged....it was spookie as it was all written on the cards so he knew I wasn't just makuing it up.....a bit spookie...

wow! that's an experience! so what do you call that method? sorry for the very late reply, seems like its only you who can relate to me here on this topic at my lot...i'm only familiar with the keltic method, i haven't memorized all the menaing of the cards and yet i use a book as a guide, then i researched on more meanings for each card and yet i still have seldom time to study them...
