Are you mad at your boss? Do you think that lawyers dont have enough work in America? Then the White house has the solution for you!
The Department of Labor is setting up a network of lawyers just waiting for your calls to sue bad bosses.
This should REALLY make employers want to create more jobs.
I understand there are some situations that people have a legitimate complaint. But I find it very hard to believe that there are that many. And that is the purpose of the Department of Labor. So, now that they are outsourcing their jobs, can we shut down the Labor office?

lol
Here in Brazil there are public lawyers to people who dont have money to pay a lawyer.
But here even id an employee has no reason, it is very hard he loses the case.
My sister had a maid( store clerk) who stole constantly and one day my sister saw that she was wearing clothes from the store.
She stole and wore party clothes that were to be sold.
My sister decided to fire her.
The girl flipped my sister in court!!!
Luckily my sister knew many people and many of them were prepared to testify that they saw the thief with the clothing from the store.
Then the thief decided dont go to Court.
But this case was an unusual case. Usually the Court decides in favor of the employee( whether or not he have reason)

Obama is bought and paid for by trial lawyers. Just look at his campaign donations from trial lawyer lobbyists. That's why democrats oppose any changes to medical malpractice suits. Those are a big win for trial lawyers. It's also why the democrats are pushing to expand the lily ledbetter crap to remove a cap on punitive damages. That's where lawyers make millions. Now he's just making it open season on businesses for anything and everything lawyers want to sue them for.

There must have been huge donations from the Trial Lawyers Association to get this referral system in place. The lawyers take the cases on contingency. Therefore, if there is no award or settlement, the lawyer will not get paid. He's got to sue in order to get paid. Wow, our court dockets needed more lawsuits to clog them up, huh? And no less than the federal government will send your employee to an ambulance chaser if you don't treat him just so. Yeah, this is bound to give employers the confidence to start hiring...
Just another example of the anti-business Obama administration trying desperately to halt the economic recovery. It's also another example of his too-close relationship with powerful and thuggish unions.
And no one needs the government to refer them to a lawyer. Lawyers bunch up in great big referral groups of every kind and specialty. If you can't find a lawyer willing to sue someone on your own, you aren't trying.
Too disgusting, I am horrified but unfortunately, not surprised.

The foreign and domestic enemy in the WH will continue to do everything possible in his mission of jihad to destroy capitalism, Judeo-Christian roots, and our sovereignty.
