start trying to smoke

Start trying to smoke.. yes once when I was about 13 yrs but then dropped the idea ...I have never smoked and don't like it ...my friends always says that they want to quit it and that smoking is bad... they are now stuck with this habit... I would never like to try it...

I had been well educated from childhood. I had a good foundation, so I know smoking was bad for your health. There are just too many negative effects canceling out the positive ones, if there were any at all. I actually never tried to smoke. I have had asthma at birth, but had worked it off over several years of vigorous exercise. It has obviously paid off. At one point in my life, when I was still young, I had inhaled a bit too much secondhand smoke, and had almost suffered from an asthma attack. I have always been cautious around smokers since that day. A few of my uncles smoke, but I feel sorry for them. They do not have the willpower to stop, and are basically addicted. However, they are trying to keep in shape, even though no amount of exercise can make up for active smoking.

I started trying when I was seven but it sucked. I felt bad coughing really badly after a few hits. I never smoked since.

i start to smoke when i was 10 years. friends are having a big influence in me. but then my parents tell me that smoke is not good for health and for money. so i just sopped it right away.

I started smoking when I was 15. My parents had smoked for years until I was about 10 or so, then they stopped. I am sure this played a part in me starting. I was handed one at school, and I have smoked ever since.

I am not a smoker.
