What did you, if anything, hide from your parents?

I started dancing and smoking when I was only 16 and since neither was allowed in our home I had to hide this from them. Luckily I had 3 brothers and a sister and we helped each other sneak around and made sure my parents were never any wiser..hahaha

I wasn't the most honest and obedient kid back then. I hid a lot of things from my parents like smoking, drinking, driving the car without permission, going to parties...and the list goes on. Sometimes I get caught, other time I'm not. I think it was more a combination of fear of getting caught and the thrill of doing it that made me hide things from my parents. So I pity my son. When he's at that age, I don't think he'd be able to hide things from me. I know all the tricks in the book :)

Oh yeah - i forgot about stealing the car late at night and teaching myself to drive with no lights on..whahaha Now when i think about it i realise how dangerous that was and how lucky i was that i never made an accident driving around like that..
