weird advertisment/classified/job listings?

Has anyone noticed an increasing volume of dodgy advertisement within their community.(In perhaps your local newspaper???) How does it have an impact on you as an individual. How would you deal with it. I simply can not resit starting this discussion when I saw a "Wanted" advertisement seeking skilled individuals to rob the bank...???? The requirement is to be able to crack 3-digit codes?? Please anyone respond to this.. I feel I'm becoming crazy...

LOL, and not on the literal sense but I find that marketing/media researchers are getting with the so called "times". I think they are orientating themselves to appeal more to the public.
For some odd reason they find if they can mock it up a bit the public will begin to listen/buy, as they feel that getting to the point is not grasping attention.
