Chicken

The best thing to do is to keep it moist. I add a little bit of Italian dressing to the burger mixture. It also helps to add a little bit of flavor in there and I usually chop up some green onions and put it in the mixture, and you of course need an egg in the mixture to help to bind all of the ingredients together, and help keep them moist.

The best way is to make a chicken fillet steak burger. Get a fillet steak and bread or batter it and cook. Serve it in a bun, (I use cheese toped ones) top the chicken with cheese, bacon and salad. Then use mayo or salad cream if you wish.
