Do you feel the United States is on the verge of Collaspe?

i myself feel that if we are in a 14 trillion dollar deficit, its no way of getting out of it if we are not producing anything.

I guess it depends what you mean by collapse? Economic? Moral? Communal/social? You suggest financials so I'll keep it to that. No, I don't think we are. But I do think we will limp along for a few years. There will be an uptick at some point. But I agree with you that the national debt will hold us back.
