i only choose a best response when i have asked a question and someone has helped me out. i choose the best response once i see a response that answers all my questions in my discussion and is very helpful to me.

Yeahhh,i liked a lot the asnwers my mylotters friends, its really hard to choose a best response, because everybody has a good reason to give away the prize..sometimes because makes me laugh,or because its a good point...but on this time i will give to you Keeperdream, because the first reason that we write here is to have some help from our friends from the site...giving information ou good laughs or only showing your opinion..congratulations! and everybody, thanks for the responses,im rating all of you positive ;)

I do not pick a best response as I have many diverse friends on my list which all have different time zones. In other words some are online now while others maybe in different parts of the world and are sleeping. So in fairness to all my friends I give it a couple of weeks. What I do is that I do plus all who respond to my discussions that apply quality responses and since I comment back to all members it is not hard to remember who said what. On average I get well over 70 responses but because I am very active and so are my myLot friends it is not hard to figure out. One I do I will then select the response that was the most useful and or stands out. Sometimes that could be an opposing response also as for a good discussion we do not have to agree with everyone. Best of luck to you.

With all the appreciation to myLotters who respond to my posting, I do from time to time choose the best response. That is based on the way the response answered certain specific points or questions that I had raised in my posting, which really offered the help I needed.

hi maferick I do like mylot suggests I wait a week as you who do it an hour after you post your discussion are not being far to your mylot friends who may not have had a chance to read it. another thing do not cheat and just pick a my lot friend who you really like.read them all then choose who you think had the best take on your p articular discussion.there is usually at least one that does stand out.

Depending on the discussion, I will pick the best response after wating awhile, as mylot tells us not to give the best response right away, but wait at least a week or more, to be fair to everyone that responds. I will read and reread the responses and choose the one that sticks out. I have some that I haven't given best response yet and it has been months and sometimes a yer or more. I like to give everyone an opportunity that wants to. I don't really start all that many discussions, as I do prefer to just respond to other discussions, as it is easier for me. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I usually wait a day or two. I go back and re-read all the responses. I also see which responses really added to the conversation or provoked more of a conversation out of myself and others. There are times where it is really difficult to choose, I tend to chose the low man on the totem pole in that case, giving a newer person the benefit of the doubt.
