I been in working in this company for 1 year and 2months but from the moment i started here all i kept on hearing was the attitude this manager has.. His greedy, his selfish and all those negative attributes as a manager. And now that i've been in the company for quite sometime, i then realized they were true. this manager we have is soooo selfish!! he's trying to remove benefits for the staffs. we worked in a very far place. 1 hour and 30minutes away from the city with surrounding mountains and sea and yet we were not given hazard pay. Iam suppose to undergo a training because it was stipulated in the rule that within 6 months of employment my position must undergo that specific training but i haven't.. he is 6months delayed in scheduling me for the training. That manager is really getting on my nerves.. Few of the people were already resigning, about 4months of stay and they resigned. When it comes to information his very selfish again because he knows that most of the people here are way beyond smarter than him.. It really makes me angry. He's really mean! i wanna talk to him and meet him in person but i can't. we can't because his hiding and he don't like to expose his self in this dirty, dusty and tiring area.GGggggrrrr!!!!

Yeah, there are managers like that and it makes you really think how they got that position. And I can understand the frustration you feel. You have to think very hard on what your options are. If you really need the job, don't resign. Find out to whom you could address your grievance. It would be better if you could convince your other coworkers who share your sentiment to support you on this. Review your employment contract. If there are things stipulated there which your manager isn't doing like about your training, you bring those things up. But I suggest that you refrain from being emotional when bringing these issues with your manager or to whoever you will address your concerns.

I didn't think of it (being emotional when bringing this matter to the manager)..thank you for that..
Anyway, it was not stipulated in my contract that i must undergo such training, i only knew about it because i was able to read a book having such law.. And even my contract is erroneous. I couldn't understand why he was hired with such designation wherein he's not suitable to lead the employee's.. =(

I suggest that you must get out of there already. Find another job in which you will be compensated rightfully. You should work in an environment wherein you will grow as a person. Thus, do not force yourself to be in such situation. I believe that there are a lot of better jobs in which you can engage yourself with. Good luck!
