Is human poop a good fertilizer?

lol... what a question... but I believe you can.. If you look up "night soil" or "feces" in Wikipedia it gives you some more detailed information. I am not sure if the diet of the Human matters...

I believe that human waste is commonly used as fertiliser in rural China where the practice results in the spread of disease and intestinal parasites due to them using the raw waste and not composting it before use.
